- Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox are turning 80 THIS year. Time for the annual family photo! Watch the live Paul & Babe webcam.
- Watermark Art Center and Gallery North host photography, painting, art and craft exhibitions all year round.
- Trails are open for snowmobiles, cross-country skiing, and hiking at Neilson Spearhead Center (no hunting there), Buena Vista State Forest, Three Island Lake County Park, and Lake Bemidji State Park, Paul Bunyan State Trail and Movil Maze.
- All year round on the first Friday of every month, Bemidji celebrates the works of regional artists at various galleries and restaurants throughout the city. Start at the Watermark Art Center.
- Enjoy 2016-17's Bemidji Sculpture Walk. Grab a map at the Chamber of Commerce Tourist Information Center.
